We only use your personal data provided here (email address and telephone number) to contact you about booking our services and products for your event or wedding. We don’t have a newsletter to send you. We may send you a follow up email or telephone again if you haven’t been in touch for a while if we think you might still be interested in booking one of our products.
We don’t share your details with any other companies or businesses. Everything is kept in our office and used only for the purpose of helping you to book a product with us.
We will include your telephone number on our worksheets so that our staff can contact you on the day of your event should there be any kind of problem (such as they are stuck in traffic and going to be late) Generally we would rather phone the venue in this instance rather than bother you on the day of your event – but your number is there in case we really need to speak to you.
We keep your information in a CRM system called Salesforce which helps us keep all our information in one place, and makes it easier for us to book, update and contact our customers. It is password protected and obviously only we know the password!
